Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (where applicable) or provided as store credit if requested.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
